NO NASTIES - Just Creatine
an ingredient list of one
Nothing hidden. Nothing you can't pronounce.
The single most-researched performance ingredient in the world. Ultra-fine mesh for clean dissolution. No grit, settle, and aftertaste.
Why ultra-fine matters
Dissolves clean. Doesn't sit at the bottom of the glass.
Most creatine is coarse: the powder settles, you swallow grit, and half the dose lines the glass. Ours is mesh-milled ultra-fine. It disperses in seconds, stays in suspension, and goes down without feeling like sand.
- No grit, no chalk
- No settling between sips
- Mixes into water, milk, or your shake
Why clean matters
Why the dose matters
5g daily for the body.
20–25g when your brain needs the lift.
5g a day is the standard. It saturates the muscle creatine pool and covers what 99% of users want: strength, power, recovery, and daily training. That's the dose every every lifter has used for 30 years.
But creatine doesn't cross the blood-brain barrier the way it crosses into muscle. The emerging cognitive research uses a much higher single dose: roughly 0.3g per kg of bodyweight, or 20–25g for an adult to push enough creatine into neural tissue to move the needle on focus, processing speed, and short-term memory.
Published trials in sleep-deprived adults show measurable cognitive lift for several hours after a single high dose.
- Daily foundation: 5g/day, no loading needed. This is the lifelong dose.
- Mental-stress days: Some users take a single 20–25g dose on poor-sleep days, before a big deadline, or after a long-haul flight. Drink with plenty of water.
Tested. Not assumed.
We sent Just Creatine to SGS (an independent global testing lab) for purity verification. We publish the report (see pic).

From the founder
I formulate what I'd drink every day.
I've spent years looking for the most reliable manufacturers to build supplements I'd actually take. Since creatine is a daily non-negotiable, blind trust isn't enough. That's why this is the formulation I rely on: an ultra-fine creatine mono powder that suspends smoothly with less grit, backed by accessible third-party lab reports for verified purity. If anything changes about the formula, I'll tell you on the label first.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will this cause bloating or stomach upset?
Bloating from creatine usually traces to coarse powder, fillers, or flavoring additives. Ours is ultra-fine, single-ingredient, no additives. Most people report no GI side effects at 5g/day. Drink it with adequate water.
Can I mix Just Creatine into other beverages besides water?
Yes. Water, milk, juice, coffee, your whey shake. It's unflavored so it disappears into whatever you're already drinking. Hot liquids are fine too, but stir well.
When's the best time to take it?
Timing doesn’t matter. Consistency does. Pick a daily anchor: morning coffee, post-workout shake, or with dinner and stick to it.
Should I take creatine every day?
Yes. Creatine works through saturation: your muscles need to hold a consistent pool. Skipping days erodes the saturation. Daily, not “workout days only.”
Do I need a loading phase?
No. Loading (20g/day for a week) reaches saturation faster but isn’t necessary. 5g daily reaches the same saturation in ~3–4 weeks with less GI risk.
Does it contain any hidden sweeteners or sugars?
No. The label has one line: ultra-fine creatine monohydrate. No sweeteners, no sugar, no flavoring, no fillers, no anti-caking agents. See SGS report above.
